ANN ROSENWINKEL

Throughout a 26-year career, Ann has attained a broad range and depth of experience that serves her well in the day-to-day management of complex projects. A graduate of Rice University and Texas Christian University, she brings a facet of unique experience to the GSMA team with her background working on mid-rise and high-rise residential buildings as well as senior living communities. Ann leads the project team to effectively accomplish clients’ needs and satisfy both schedules and budgets while bringing a well-honed design sensibility to every project. From focusing on multifaceted programmatic integration to compliance with a multitude of jurisdictions, she prides her design on being grounded in the fundamentals of sustainability for any scope of work. Ann had an inspiring upbringing being raised within a family of architects and growing up in a Frank Lloyd Wright home in Oak Park. Outside of the office, she dedicates her time to mentoring young architects through the Rice Mentorship Program and is engaged as a proud committee member of the Justice Equity Diversity and Inclusion Committee of AIA Houston.
