Allen Parkway Village Affordable Housing Renovation

A close collaboration between the Houston Housing Authority and GSMA allowed the project to encompass the rehabilitation of apartments, flood mitigation, and construction of site amenities that enhance the lives of the residents and draw the engagement of local investors and public funding entities.
